Refund policy

In order to have a better shopping experience for Zotikos’ customers, we provide a 7 days return and exchange service,which you are eligible to request a return or exchange within 7 days of purchase (starting from the day you received the package). To initiate the return and exchange, please apply in return and exchange form. Items beyond 7 days of receiving date are not eligible for return and exchange.

Domestic Taiwan

We cover the shipping cost for first time exchange of your order but for second time, you will need to pay a NT$80
 
Please note the following to be ineligible to return or exchange: 
  1. Return item should be in the condition of unused and original package with tags and accessories attached, hygiene liner in place. Due to partial return, the order amount didn't meet the threshold of free gift, please send back the free gift along with the item. 
  2. Return in no wear condition: no stain, no smell, no wash. 
  3. Hygine sticker has been removed or ruined
  4. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS 
  5. Items beyond 7 days of the date you received the package. 
Friendly reminder:
  1. When trying on the garment, please keep your underwear on.
  2. Due to partial return of the order, the order amount is not reach the free shipping standard. The refund will be returned after the delivery cost is deducted. (store to store delivery or to home delivery).

  5. Refunds may take 7-14 days to process and are issued in the original payment method. 


丟失與損失風險

當承運商從Zotikos收件後，則訂單商品的所有權以及損失風險將一概轉移至收件人。

國外地區

由於國際運費金額高且手續繁複，海外購物退換貨一律自付運費（除經Zotikos認定之瑕疵），下單前請謹慎確認。

若海外買家自行將商品退回，並使用運費到付方式，Zotikos將無法收。運費及相關費用將由顧客自行負擔。
